A Facebook page Just Event Online @Justeventonline posted a picture showing a long queue of voters at the ongoing Ekiti Governorship election.
The picture was accompanied with a text that reads:
Time: 12:25pm
LGA: Ekiti West
Ward: 8
PU: 006 – OMIRAGUNSHIN’S HOUSE, ODOWO DOFIN I
Report: There are 480 people on the voters list, very rowdy, the two female INEC staff already overwhelmed, vote buying is ongoing.

Verdict
TRUE! A call was put through to an eyewitness who confirm that vote buying is indeed taking place in Ekiti west, Ward 8, polling unit 006 – OMIRAGUNSHIN’S HOUSE, ODOWO DOFIN I and Just Event Online – a news, media and event publication website have been following the election by giving live updates from different polling units.
Verification
Checks by FactCheckElection using google reverse image search shows that the picture was indeed uploaded by Just Event Online. The search returned Just Event Online Publication’s post on Twitter.
A further click one of the Twitter link led us to a long thread of live updates from different polling units at the ongoing Ekiti State Governorship Election.
