On August 10, 2022, a Twitter user, Mako (@HakeembinS) made a post that Kenyans are supporting Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.
The tweet was accompanied by pictures of people in a rally with posters of the LP flag bearer.
In a retweet, Reno Omokri, the former aide to President Goodluck Jonathan expressed surprise by the post that Kenyans are supporting Peter Obi.
