On February 20th, the Independent National Electoral Commission released the compiled list of polling unit agents by political parties.
The list by the electoral umpire is titled; summary of polling unit and collation center agents submitted by political parties for the general election 2023.
Following the list released by INEC, social media users flooded the online space with a claim that the Labour Party has 41,234 agents across the total of 176,606 polling units in the country.
The social media users made posts to predict the chances of top political parties among the 18 registered political parties for the general election.
One of the viral posts on social media has garnered 66 reactions in less than 24 hours.
